TALENT JAM REGISTRATION FORM
Purpose: To provide an international platform for our youth to present their talent before their peers.
Instructions
Each individual or group will be allotted 3-5 minutes to present talent.
Each individual must perform the talent they will present during auditions to receive approval from judges (Any youth or group that presents anything that has not been approved during presentation will automatically be disqualified from the talent jam).
Please enter the Talent Jam on or before Friday, June 6, 2008. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
